Photography commissions
The proposal or photography agreement for your project states the payment schedule and the specific cancellation, rescheduling, weather, travel, and refund terms that apply. Those written project terms control because the costs and commitments differ between a portrait session, an event, and a commercial production.
If plans need to change
Contact Art of the Shutter as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Mike will review the agreement, work already completed, costs already committed, availability, and the reason for the change, then explain the options that apply to your project in writing.
Digital products
Because a digital product cannot be returned after download access is delivered, digital sales are generally final except where required by law or when the delivered file is defective, inaccessible, duplicated, or materially different from the product purchased. Please review compatibility and product details before buying.
Problems with an order
If a download does not work, the wrong item is delivered, or you believe a charge was duplicated, email contact@artoftheshutter.com with the purchase email, item, date, and a description of the problem. Art of the Shutter may first offer a replacement file or corrected access when that fully resolves the issue.
Approved refunds
An approved refund is returned through the original payment method when possible. Banks and payment processors control how long the credit takes to appear. Processing fees or costs may be treated as stated in the applicable agreement and to the extent allowed by law.
Questions before paying
If any booking, license, compatibility, cancellation, or delivery term is unclear, ask before making a payment. Email contact@artoftheshutter.com.
