Often, yes. Include the full schedule and addresses in your inquiry so travel and coverage time can be built into the quote.
Can an organization use the images publicly?
Usage can be included in the project license. Tell Mike where the photographs will appear so the written quote covers the right uses.
How quickly are event photographs delivered?
The delivery window depends on the event and the requested output. It will be stated in the proposal before the date is reserved.
